I’m going to have to take a Medium break, have not been able to access the internet much since 16th September. So paying $5 per month is a waste. And I live in a non Stripe country.
Sad! It's been so fun. Also, more than fun, being part of Medium meant I finally submitted some posts to a blog I love reading. A Life Overseas blog has been a favourite of mine for years so I was excited to have Dear Re-entry published on it.
I enjoyed being part of Found in my Journal, thanks so much to the editors and the writing prompts. My July response I Gave Up is one of my favourite things I’ve written, and August was great too- Broken Blenders.
And The Expat Chronicles has been a great community to be part of as a reader and writer.
Invisible Illness has been a pub I keep reading but haven’t yet dared submit to. The First Time is such a fun pub, I still have more drafts I wish I had time to finish and send.
And I feel I’ve watched the trajectory of Carrie. A. Kelly. From newbie to editor.
